Community Sales Permits
Anyone who conducts a "Community Sale" (i.e. yard sale, garage sale, lawn sale, attic sale, rummage sale or flea market sale) is required to obtain a permit and pay a fee of $25 (non-refundable). The Community Sales Permit Application (PDF) may be downloaded (refer to below link) and please contact Tina Tebo 678-782-6221 regarding any questions.
Note: A "Community Sale" is allowed for two consecutive days only and no more than three sales within a twelve (12) month period.
Note: Avalon Park Splash Pad is CLOSED until further notice.

Excavation Application & Permit Fee
An excavation application and permit (PDF) along with a $100 fee are required prior to opening any grave site. Please print out the form, complete the required information and fax back to 770-957-7231. The fee must be paid at City Hall.
