The Occupational Tax renewal application must be completed in full prior to processing the invoice for your Occupational Tax Fee for the upcoming year. Please complete the forms using the past twelve months. Your prompt completion of these forms will allow billing and payment of your Occupational Tax Fee in a timely manner.
You may submit the renewal application by mail, email or in person between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday (closed for lunch 12 pm-1 pm. Please call 678-782-6225 with any further questions.
All renewals applications must be received by our office no later than December 31st of the renewal year.
Renewals received after January 15th will be charged a $100 late filing penalty. No exceptions will be made.
Please complete and submit all required documents in order for your renewal to be processed without delay.
