Residential Toilet Rebate Program currently being offered while funds are available . The City of McDonough is currently participating in a Residential Toilet Rebate Program with other Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning Districts which also includes Henry County Water and Sewerage Authority. The mission of the City of McDonough Water Treatment Plant and the Walnut Creek Waste Water Pollution Control Plant is to provide the citizens of McDonough with safe, reliable and palatable drinking water twenty-four hours seven days a week with sufficient pressure to accommodate household and business needs.
