Pay Utility Bills On Line

Web payments for the City of McDonough utility billing are now set up and ready for you to have the option of paying your bills on line. The payment site may be accessed at www.mcdonoughpayments.com. Acceptable forms of payments are Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards with the same logos.

Simply follow the prompts for setting up a log in. Each customer will need his/her account number and the amount of the last payment made in order to process the payment. A processing charge of $1.25 will be added to the customer’s account at time of payment.

A request may be submitted at the same time to check for leaks, garbage missed, etc. Processing will be done on a daily basis.  Other pertinent information available to Utility customers is consumption history, payments, access to change phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and address information.

Regarding payments made by telephone, a fee of $1.25 will be charged for all credit card payments that are processed over the phone.
