The Human Resources Department is responsible for employee hiring, recruitment, retention, benefits, risk management, and training. Carla graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Public and Urban Affairs. She became a Certified Human Resource Manager in 2009 and, in 2011, received her Advanced Certification in Human Resources Management. Carla is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management.
The City of McDonough Human Resources Department provides a friendly, open door policy atmosphere and places great value in each employee and his/her contributions to the City.
