Community Sales Permits

Anyone who conducts a “Community Sale” (i.e. yard sale, garage sale, lawn sale, attic sale, rummage sale or flea market sale) is required to obtain a permit and pay a fee of $25.00 (non-refundable).  The “Community Sale” application may be downloaded (refer to below link) and please contact Vernita McNeil (678) 432-4622 and/or Tina Tebo (678) 782-6221 regarding any questions.  NOTE:  A “Community Sale” is allowed for two (2) consecutive days only and no more than three (3) sales within a twelve (12) month period.

Our facility has a covered pavilion with a kitchen and restrooms available.

The permit fee is $75.00. $25.00 of the fee is refundable when the key is returned and when the facility has been properly cleaned.

Burial Plots: No burial plots remain available for purchase.

Excavation Application and Permit Fee: An excavation application and permit along with a $100.00 fee are required prior to opening any grave site. Please print out the form, complete the required information and fax back to 770-957-7231. The fee must be paid at City Hall.
