The time has come to renew your Occupational Tax Certificate. The forms for 2018 are now available for your completion.

The Occupational Tax renewal application must be completed in full prior to processing the invoice for your Occupational Tax Fee for the upcoming year. Please complete the forms using the past twelve months (example OCT 2016 – SEPT 2017) gross receipts for 2017. Your prompt completion of these forms will allow billing and payment of your Occupational Tax Fee in a timely manner.
You may submit the renewal application by mail, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or in person between the hours of 8am – 5pm; Monday – Friday. Please call 678-782-6225 with any further questions.
All renewals applications must be received by our office no later than December 1, 2017.
Renewals received after this date will be subject to a $100.00 late filing penalty. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Please complete and submit all required documents in order for your renewal to be processed without delay.
REMINDER: All Waste Pick-up must be contracted through the City of McDonough.
